FreshFlax collects only the practical information needed to run email updates, checkout, order review, customer support, and small first-party traffic tests.
Email updates
If you join the FreshFlax email list, your email address and selected interest may be used to send product or sourcing updates.
Checkout
Stripe handles payment collection. FreshFlax receives order details needed for fulfillment review, support, and shipping workflow.
Order support
If you contact FreshFlax or submit a pre-checkout question, your email, message, page, and selected interest may be used to answer the request and review buying concerns.
Attribution
FreshFlax stores basic campaign attribution such as UTM source, campaign, content, landing page, and referrer so checkout sessions and questions can be tied back to the page or ad that caused them.
First-party events
FreshFlax logs simple first-party events such as landing page views and checkout button clicks to understand whether a page creates buying intent. These events are used for internal traffic-test review.
Selling data
FreshFlax does not sell customer email addresses or order-support messages.
