How to Achieve the Perfect Grind
Remove the top cap and fill the hopper with whole flax seeds (up to 1/4 cup).
Adjust the grind setting by turning the knob under the handle — clockwise for finer, counter-clockwise for coarser.
Hold the base firmly and turn the handle clockwise at a steady pace.
Ground flaxseed collects in the lower chamber. Remove and use soon for the freshest flavor and texture.
Clean by brushing out residue with the included brush. Do not submerge in water.
