Shipping and returns

FreshFlax is still in a manual-review stage. The policy is simple: we would rather review an order clearly before shipment than pretend every supplier path is automatic.

Order review before shipment

FreshFlax reviews each paid order before releasing it for shipment. This review checks the selected product, supplier path, and shipping assumptions. Future products are interest-list only and are not payable checkout items yet.

Current grinder shipping

The current Multi-Grain Flax Grinder has a checked US shipping path. The current estimate is 6-13 days after the order is released, but timing can change with the supplier or carrier.

Future products

FreshFlax-branded hand mill, electric grinder, and starter kit concepts are interest-list products until supplier samples, product proof, and fulfillment workflow are complete.

Refund before shipment

If fulfillment timing, supplier availability, or product status does not work for you before shipment, contact FreshFlax and request a refund before the order is released.

After shipment

Once an order has shipped, support depends on the carrier state and supplier path. Email FreshFlax with the order email, product name, and issue so the order can be reviewed.
